The little things that can make a big difference in the gymnasium and in the results

Sometimes we see over the smallest things, because we are so focused, to die for our ultimate goal. We end up missing small but valuable things that quickly and efficiently could help us on our goals. Sometimes we tend to cut corners, because we feel, as it is much easier to do, or we just plain lazy and do it just because we can do it. Little we know we have our profits only cheat and could possibly put us in harm's way. All of us at some point reach a plateau and sometimes we can't find out why. The following are some observations that I have made and also tested out to break the plateau stage of this.

1. The correct posture and proper technique
